See chapter 1 of the service manual for NVMe SSD capacities HP offered in the model series.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

If you want to go beyond 1 TB of storage, according to the Crucial memory/SSD report for your notebook, that should be possible, up to 4 TB in NVMe storage.

Note:  The 16-r0xxx models with the Intel Core® i7-13700HX and Intel Core i5-13500HX processors reportedly have two NVMe SSD slots.

 

From the specs I could find for your notebook, it comes with an Intel Core™ i5 i5-13500H processor, which means your notebook only has one M.2 SSD slot, if that information is correct.
