HOW DO I RECOVER STAR WARS DESKTOP LOGO AFTER I REINSTALLED WINDOWS 10?

You don't!  That logo came as part of the preinstalled HP OEM version of Windows which you overwrote when you reinstalled Windows on your own.

 

If you had come here BEFORE you did that and describe the problem you were having, we might have been able to help you with that so you would not then have done the reinstall and wiped out the HP stuff.  NOW, it is too late.
