Product: HP 15-d035dx Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get a black screen that says the following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid: Product Name, Product Serial Number, Product Number, System Board CT number

 

Originally had Windows 8 installed and updated to Windows 10 worked perfectly fine until it installed an update then it tried to go back to previous version and this is what happened.
