My hp pavilion 14 i5-1135g7 x360's motherboard broke recently so I replaced it. After that I gave the bitlocker key which I was asked. For reference,  previously i just used my pin and fingerprint. But now it's asking for my password which I don't remember (if i set it up which i don't think I did), and for pin it says "your pin is no longer available due to a change in security settings on this device." And fingerprint isn't available after reboot. So what should i do, i tried loading it in safe mode but safe mode isnt being loaded (tried both shift + restart and f8 method but both didn't work) isn't working either.

Any way to reset password without losing data, or get the laptop to take my PIN.

Any help would be appreciated.
