HP Reqested Restart for Update Installation, Screen is Now Stuck on Logo upon Restart. Have ried all suggestions mentioned in community including re-installing Bios. During update it indicated it was removing what was installed then got stuck on HP logo screen? This happened once before and had to replace system and reload all my programs. I have only had this computer 12 days.

See if you can do a factory restore

Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # characterl. If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store

Check to see if your system is in warranty.  Even if you bought it yesterday, the factory warranty may have expired a year before.  This link shows how to get warranty information.

Do not do a BIOS update unless you can pass the F2 diagnostics and your system is in warranty.  -- Just my opinion.

Before doing any update, create a windows restore point.
