Hi @Kangal58,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've already tried a hard reset and USB flash recovery without success, and the issue persists, it's possible that there may be a more significant hardware or software problem with your laptop. Here are some additional steps you can try.

  1. Check the Power Supply:

    • Make sure your laptop is connected to a reliable power source.
    • Check the power adapter and cable for any signs of damage.
  2. Remove External Devices:

    • Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, external hard drives, etc.) and try to boot the laptop again.
  3. Check RAM and Storage:

    • Reseat the RAM modules. If you have more than one module, try booting the laptop with only one module at a time.
    • Check the storage drive (HDD/SSD) to ensure it's properly connected.
  4. Boot into Safe Mode:

    • If your laptop doesn't boot into the BIOS, try booting into Safe Mode. This can help identify if the issue is related to a specific driver or software.
    • To boot into Safe Mode, repeatedly press the appropriate key (usually F8 or Shift + F8) during startup.
  5. BIOS/UEFI Update:

    • Check the laptop manufacturer's website for any BIOS or UEFI updates. If available, follow the instructions to update your system firmware.
  6. Hardware Diagnostics:

    • Many laptops have built-in diagnostic tools that can help identify hardware issues. Check your laptop's manual or the HP website for information on running hardware diagnostics.
  7. Reinstall the Operating System:

    • If possible, try reinstalling the operating system. This will eliminate any potential software issues that may be causing the problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
