Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i have installed a new crucial ssd and downloaded windows using the media creator on a usb. However when i go to the boot menu in the bios and select the usb, the screen goes black for a few minutes and then shows the hp logo. Then after a few hours it shows 5 black dots spinning around.
