The screen is broken on this laptop. It was my grandsons. We don’t have his password for windows. So I’m trying to do a factory recovery using the TV for a screen. Trouble is I can’t tell when the factory reset is done. Any ideas? And How long does it usually take?Thank you in advance for any help you can give! Nancy

I guess I’ll just turn it off and turn it on again and see if it works and if not I’m not any worse off than when I started since we weren’t using this anyway and we couldn’t get it to boot up without having the password thanks for taking a peek at this. Nancy
