Dear Support Team,

I have been experiencing an issue with my laptop where the screen and keyboard backlight flicker at random times. During these flickering episodes, my mouse also disconnects and reconnects repeatedly.

However, the laptop itself does not shut down or freeze. The fans continue running normally, and any applications or tasks I am working on are not interrupted or closed.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating all drivers and checking Windows for corrupted system files, but the issue still persists.

Could you please advise me on any additional steps I could take to resolve this problem? If this appears to be a hardware-related issue, I would also like to know whether I should send the laptop in for warranty repair.

I hope to receive your response as soon as possible.
