Product: HP laptop 14-bw12nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
When I start up the laptop, a black screen says "X:\windows\system32>". I've tried a hard reset, it doesn't work. I've tried a few other things people have recommended. I need this computer, please help.

@KendraHawks
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- Have you tried a system restore?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you tried a system factory recovery?
