Hello,
Yesterday I picked up a new 15.6 inch Spectre from Best Buy. It's the new 2017 model.
When I booted it up for the first time and was proceeding through the setup screens, suddenly the screen went black. After awhile, there was nothing I could do except try to reboot the system but the black screen kept coming back. I was about to reach out to support when I was finally able to boot back in--and it took me back to the question I left off on.
I was able to complete setup and the computer seems fine except it drops wifi sometimes when watching videos. Otherwise, this is a very beautiful and well - built computer.
However, since I'm still within my return window I'm wondering if I should exchange it based on the issues I described.
Thanks in advance.
