Product: HP 250 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A person close to me has a laptop HP 250 G3 and Win10. It behaves strangely. The screen changes brightness every 10-20 seconds. The computer switches between mains mode and battery mode. The battery will never be fully charged before it is time to turn the computer off. (Set to 1 hour.) Why does it do so and what can I do  against it? Anyone who knows?
