Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 (77X86AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an issue, which is when I am scrolling downing a page then automatically and without warning, I get jumped back to the top of the page. This problem even happens when I am not scrolling down, if I am stationary somewhere down the page, after a brief moment it brings me back to the top of the page and that is a huge annoyance because it prevents me from doing any editing and the like. This problem only occurs in file explorer (I believe it's called). That is, My Picture, My Document, Etcetera. It does not occur in MS Office for instance. I appreciate all that you can do to help me resolve this plaguing issue.
