if it is good then which Linux os is best for my laptop kali Linux or parrot os?

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RECOVERY MEDIA FOR WINDOWS 10.

MAKE sure you have your data backed up.

Research what the method is to install another OS, and more importantly what to do and where to ask if it all goes wrong.

LIVE means you do not install. It boots and runs from the DVD/USB to test it's suitability.

When it is stable you can then consider an install.
