is that secondary os is good for the laptop?

if it is good then which Linux os is best for my laptop kali Linux or parrot os?

Please suggest me a Linux distribution.....

Hi

The best Linux is the one with the best forum support.

 

I suggest you try....  https://lubuntu.net/

 

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RECOVERY MEDIA FOR WINDOWS 10.

MAKE sure you have your data backed up.

 

Research what the method is to install another OS, and more importantly what to do and where to ask if it all goes wrong.

 

This is a HP forum and not a Linux Forum, so help won't be available.

LIVE means you do not install. It boots and runs from the DVD/USB to test it's suitability.

When it is stable you can then consider an install.
