HP Recommended

Please help I believe my pc was compromised using a Locking mechanism sent by Microsoft Windows 10. There was a blaring alarm and a message saying my computer was locked due to a Trojan Virus. About 4 different windows opened with Microsoft logo's and a 1 800's. This had happened before with not much fuss and it was restored, But this time was different and the Remote Access that "support" asked for me is why I am scared. Please help me
