My Chromebook, which is still within its warranty period, will not boot at all. Therefore, I have no way of finding out the S/N or Product Number from the display in order to start a ticket. When I input the information on the underside of the Chromebook into the HP website, the product is not recognized. How should I proceed in order to get a ticket started to resolve this problem?
