- Serial nummber just, vanishing?

I was trying to reach out to support, when they asked me for my serial nummber. Was no big deal, however it didint work. I tried to read it again, enter it again, man i got a freind to check it. Still "Invalid serial nummber" So i cant even reach out for support from a person at HP, as it requires a serial nummber. So im pretty much at a dead end here? Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this? I tried both the web, and app.

- Exact model number: 7DC31ES#UUW / HP ProBook 430 G6
- When was the last time it was working fine? : Unsure, i belive it was around 2-3 weeks ago.
- Were there any changes made to your notebook recently? Only software updates from windows, nothing else.
