I have uploaded HP drivers. Used:

easy repair and reset then
Get-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrolpanel* | Reset-AppxPackag

sfc/ scan now

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

 

Found component store corruption detected and assume fixed.

Go to hard reset? Return to HP to fresh reinstall.

I miss Windows 7. Too much time on this. Why people go to Apple?
