Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means that you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Consult the service manual for your specific model notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

 

If your notebook was made in 2016 or later, it may be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to reinstall the operating system.
