Hello.
I am new here and I ain't any computer savvy like some of you. So, anything that seems simple to you may seem difficult to me. My question is, do I really need this 'HP Sure Connect' program installed? I have searched around the Internet for quite a time and couldn't find any topic regarding this. Thus, I decided to make this account to ask it directly to HP.
Thank you for your feedback and time.

Hi,
HP Sure Connect also called HP Wireless Rescue Tool automatically recovers the driver of a network communications device that has stopped functioning.
So it is not a bloatware as far as I see it.
I've it installed in my new HP Pavilion 14 notebook.
Regards
Visruth
