I am not so sure if I would upgrade my laptop to Windows 11 , as I am pushed everyday now by MS , I will get Pro version as I have now with Windows 10Pro.
My laptop is an HP Pavilion -15 with 16Gb RAM , 64-bit operating system , Windows 10Pro , version 22H2.
I read that upgrading to Windows 11 it is possible to get the Windows 11Home version after installation which I would very much like to avoid and skip any other payments and headaches to install a Pro version after that.
Anyway what would be the benefit ? I can stay with Windows 10 as is working well.

Hi @Cristhal
if you upgraded to windows 10 Pro, the upgrade will be for windows 11 pro too. You should keep in mind that windows 10 in October 2025 is no longer supported by Microsoft, it will not receive updates.
