@Nuha_-8, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It looks like your laptop is stuck in an Automatic Repair loop. Since you’ve already tried forced restarts and pressing Esc, let’s try some alternative steps to resolve this issue.

Try Entering Safe Mode

Since Esc is not working, try these steps to enter Safe Mode:

  1. Force shut down your laptop by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
  2. Turn it back on and immediately press F8 repeatedly.
  3. If you see the Advanced Startup Options, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
  4. When the system restarts, select Safe Mode and check if Windows boots.

Perform a Startup Repair

If Safe Mode doesn’t work, try this:

  1. Power off your laptop completely.
  2. Turn it back on and immediately press F11 repeatedly.
  3. Select Advanced Options > Startup Repair and follow the on-screen instructions.

I hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
