Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

One day on the right bottom of my laptop I saw the option to safely remove my internal SSD. Yes the same option we see when we plug in pen drives.

Although it doesn't really affect anything on my laptop but it does affect the sleep and hibernation. Occasionally when I wake my laptop up from sleep it goes complete black screen and restarts automatically. If I try to hibernate, it shuts down. It is really frustrating when I have to quickly get back on work and it restarts instead of getting waked up. Any Solutions??
