Operating System: Chrome OS

Everything was changed and lost all my passwords, email address, refused help from Guardio to restore!

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Never heard of "Guardio" until I Googled it!

 

Very sorry this happened, but I have no clue what you are referring to!   How do you "lose" an email address?  Where were the passwords kept?

 

Have you tried to "Sign Out" of Chrome, then log back in using the correct credentials?   Tried doing a Powerwash (which will totally erase the device, be ADVISED!) then log back in?

 

Just an FYI, I never used any anti-virus on my ChromeBook.   Never felt the need.
