Hello!

 

If anyone needs a simple solution:
You can run the original HotKey setup exe silently and without a reboot with following switches:

setup.exe /S /v"/qn /norestart"

 

The first /S tells the exe to be silent, /v hands over "/qn /norestart" to the msi which would be created.
