Hello,
I bought an HP laptop on 09-09-2022, since then this has happened:
+ It has been taken to the support at least 4 times because the board short-circuited or something and stopped working.
+ It has been taken once because the touchpad stopped working.
+ It has been taken once (today) because the battery fails.
I can understand that it failed once, but already 6 times, and there are 6 that I remember, surely there are more, it seems like a real piece of junk to me. Where I bought it (Eroski) I have expressed myself and I have claimed compensation, because this is not normal. They obviously have been through it, so I am coming here to see if I can do something. The laptop was bought in Spain, for €700, new. At this point, the truth is, this laptop only makes me depressed.
What I want to send with this post is simple, to know if in SPAIN I can make a claim, I don't expect them to give me a new or better product, I suppose that is already impossible, or because it is HP they don't want to, the product is under warranty (3 years), this means that there is less than 1 year of warranty left on the product.
I don't know the SPANISH HP regulations for this, but it seems to me that they are laughing at me with this case.
As I said, if there is a solution, tell me here, but please, no "go to this link" or "call HP" nonsense", a simple answer, YES or NO and WHY?
Well, without further ado, I'll say goodbye.
I use Google Translate, because I am from Spain.
