HP Envy x360 m6 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP envy that was bought a year ago and works great until it goes to sleep. Once it goes out of sleep mode, the computer itself runs very slowly and audio doesn't come out of the speakers or the headjack. The only thing that would solve this issue that I have figured out is to restart the computer. However, this has been going on for a long time and I would like to find a solution. Any tips or help will be much appreciated.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I have actually seen this forum already but there isn't anything on the forum that has to do with my problem I believe. My problem is that my computer becomes very slow/audio won't play, not that it won't go to sleep/wake up from hibernation mode. It also occasionally becomes really slow even if it doesn't go to sleep and I can't seem to pinpoint the reason. Also, my computer is fully updated and my windows 10 is also fully updated.

Hi again.

I am so sorry for this those issues, that you are facing.

You can try to scan with HP Suport Assistant.

At most of cases this tool found and update all needed drivers and check for specific errors.
