Hi, I added 4 updates yesterday, now cortana is not working, system takes about 30 seconds to update when I go to another site, and I keep getting site not responding. All three problems since I updated yesterday (hp updates). I calledl hp helpdesk, and they kept trying to get me to buy extra stuff, and stated they will send me to level 2, to fix my laptop problems. and that I would have to pay for this extra service(even though my warranty is still active(could not half understand what the man was saying with his strong accent and static on the phone connection). Last time I buy and hp product, unless there is no other choice.( or family)
