Hi,

We have two laptops running win10 1909, but the  Login takes 3 minutes after typing password and hit enter. slow login is also after when locked (WIN+L) and re-login while the VPN is on (internet connected)

This issue came after win 10 1909 update, before it worked fine, we have one identical computer running lower win version this one works fine, and login is always few seconds.

When wifi is on, the login takes 3 minutes

When wifi is off the login is few seconds

Wifi we use requires vpn connection to reach internet.

I have tried Sfc, disabling services etc.

Update cleanup script and updating after cleanup.

Any ideas for this?

@Tumez

Do you have the VPN setup so that you automatically login to it when starting the laptop?

You said the other one, without the VPN, logs in quickly.

That sounds clearly like the VPN is the issue.

Hi,

The VPN starts but requires token every time when connecting.

No, i mentioned that the one computer has lower windows version than the two others. this which have lower version, works fine.

And it doesn´t make any difference, have i locked the computer with VPN on, or is it fresh start of computer and VPN off.
