HP LAPTOP 15-DB0209AU
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I just bought my hp 15-db0209au a few days back but now its too slow..i even reset it but still doesn't work...how can i solve it....if i can solve by reducing windows version please tell me thr steps..

The specs say it has 64 bit Windows 10, 4 gigs of RAM and a 5400 rpm hard drive and an AMD A4-9125 APU. Its a budget machine with limited power. Its made to run Windows 10 so reducing the OS as you say will not help. Best bet would be to increase memory and install a solid state drive. You did not install 32 bit Windows really did you?

i have the same problem with a 1TB hard drive.

The size is not the issue its the speed. Mechanical hard drives are going the way of the floppy drive. There is no reason now to use them in personal computers and everyone should be using solid state drives.
