I usually encounter these issues when I first start my computer. There's a brief one-second freeze, and then it stabilizes. I've also experienced sound problems during gaming sessions, where the internet connection remains stable but the sound cuts out, leading to disconnections from the game. I suspect that the issue on my desktop is related to the same root cause. I believe there might be an issue with the disk or with Windows 11. What can I do?
