I factory reset my laptop and ever since I can't get it to boot up due to the SMART disk error 301 hard drive not found. All the typical fixes I've found online aren't working, trying to use the image recovery option but I can't figure out what file to choose for it to work. Can someone tell me what to do here, I know the hard drive is good, something went wrong during the reset I assume.
