Product: Notebook pavillion

My ho pavilion notebook serial number: [Personal Information Removed]. Tells me Smart hard disk error. Then when I run the text on it it tells me, Failure I'd: 9K47LX-89VBJE-MFPX7G-60BV03. I don't have the disk that come with the computer and I don't have the money to pay to have it fixed can someone help me
