On start up it says smart hard disk error I press f2 and it says not available

Need to know the model number of your PC because if it is a Stream, the hard drive test most likely will NOT work.

No it won't -- as the specs for your model number show it having a 128 GB M.2 SSD.  Those are often not even removable by consumers, so to replace that, you would need to take the laptop to a repair facility where they can remove the SSD without damaging the PC.

It's your money -- it's your choice -- but 128GB m.2 SSDs here in the States go for less than $40USD, and even with paying for that to be replaced and Windows to be migrated, that is still less than the hundreds of pounds you would pay for a new laptop.
