So I have a hp envy laptop and it says restoration incomplete I checked the details and it says set UIA Error Code to 954 it also says Check Error for PININST_BBV . . . . and under that it also says Critical error condition was detected at BBV1. . .

i have no idea what to do

Getting rid of HP recovery and their OEM completely anyway, nightmare !
