It's been loading like this for two days now and have tried just about everything I know. I have tried to shut it down and turn it back on. I have tried to remove the battery out, hold the power button for 5 to ten minutes and remove the adapter. I have also tried pressing the f11 to try troubleshooting it but it wont let me access it. Everytime I shut it down and restart it the software installion  pop back up with no progress at all. I don't know what else to do, but I just really need my laptop for school. Can you please help me fix my laptop.
