Hello, some of the keyboard buttons on my laptop are not working and I'm currently using the touchscreen keyboard. I've tried to reset, update, uninstall, and still having issues. Please help.

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on.
If you do not have diagnostics get UEFI diagnostic here.

If the keys fail in diagnostics or in any BIOS setup dialog box then the keys and/or the keyboard is defective.  If the keys work fine until windows starts then the windows driver is a problem.

Some laptops it is easy to replace a key or two and others it is actually easier to replace the entire keyboard.  I do not know what model you have but some gaming keyboards with fancy RGB lighting are more difficult to repair.

check warranty and call for repair info:

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
