Product: Pavilion 123 abtx

I am trying to tap on ESC button after i turned my laptop on but it does not work at all and also the speaker signal button too does not give out red light LED when i mute my laptop. This one happened so many times and it was tiring me. My CAPS LOCK too, sometimes when i press it down my words are not in capital letters but when i press again it turned to be small letters back. Really confusing me.

May i know why?

And how to adjust it back to normal?

How old is your PC?

My laptop age is since 2016.

 

But sometimes it works well. As for now the button of number zero and number one cannot come out. I mean i pressed a bit hard then they will come out.

But the previous failure has OK now. I wonder why?
