Product: Spectre 360

I was required to update my notebook when I shut it down this evening. It has been stuck on a black screen with the message stating “please wait while we install a system update” with the HP logo above it. It has been about an hour. I can hear the fans working as if it is trying to load something but nothing is happening. I really need to access my computer. Can someone please assist??
