Spectre 360 not charging

My Spectre just up and quit working.  I have read through the messages on this topic and none of the solutions work for me. The hard reset doesn't do anything. When I plug it in there is no amber light. I know I am out of warranty, but at the very least I would like to be able to my data back move on. I've been a HP customer for years and this is the first time an HP computer has just blinked-out without any sort of warning sign. Is there anything I can do to get my computer up, or get the data?

Spectre 360 not charging

Best option for retrieving files will be to disassemble it and remove the SSD. Connect it to a SSD to USB Adapter and plug into usb port of a working PC. You should be able to browse the drive and copy files over to drive of host machine. Maintenance and Service Guides are here:

If you want to try to revive the Spectre, several members have reported using this service with good results. If you don't see your specific model just select any Spectre and then message him. He states that he will create a listing for any model he doesn't have a listing for currently.
