Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I previously had sent my laptop in under repair case BLPT1292-01 and there were no details as to what was done. The laptop is having the same issues again... It will not stay off no matter how you shut it down. I have performed a complete reset/reinstall of windows and updated BIOS and all other drivers... Need to get this sorted.

From what I am reading online this sounds like they replaced my motherboard and its failed again...HP HELP!
