Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the past 3-4 weeks, my Spectre x360 (model 1VW22AV) blue-screens when coming out of sleep-mode and will not boot unless I do a hard reset (e.g., hold power for 5 seconds). Otherwise, I receive the 3F0 message that hardrive is not available. 

 

These problems might relate to Windows to because upon fresh installation, for the first few hours I do not seem to have these problems. After 6 hours or so (long enough for Win 10 to run all of their updates), the behavior starts. But, I am not 100% certain. 

 

Fixes: over the last 2 weeks, I have tried : 1) repair install Win 10  2) complete re-install Win 10 3) rolled back bios 4) updated bios 5) update all drivers 6) checked health of all hardware. My hardrive is a one year old Samsung Evo 970 PLus in perfect health according to Samsung and HP diagnostics. 

 

What is a hard reset doing that a soft reboot cannot handle?

I disabled Fast Startup. Still getting the 3FO error.
