Here are some tips on dealing with liquid damage -- but these apply primarily to water-based stuff, and may not work with oil-based stuff: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/you-just-spilled-water-or-coffee-on-your-laptop-heres-what-you-should-d...
However ... it's most likely that SOME damage was done, regardless of how quickly you turned off the laptop and what you did afterward. The key problems are only the surface and almost certainly, more damage was done than that.
The ONLY way to know for sure is to take or send it to an HP Service Center and pay a LOT of money for them to run full diagnostics on it, and after that, to disassemble it to repair or replace any damaged components.
And, if the motherboard is damaged, the cost of repair can easily exceed the cost of replacing the laptop -- because (as far as I know) water damage is NOT covered under the warranty.

When the oil fell on keyboard immediately i turned the laptop off and removed battery after 2 days i started now the laptop is working fine it has 35% charge but i thik there is still oil near the charging port because when i plugged the pin and removed i saw some oil on the pin.
I don't think motherboard would have damaged because the laptop is still working fine only the problem is with oil near charging port can u suggest me some idea to clean that

EVENTUALLY, all the oil will evaporate, but that can take a long time -- and in the meantime, I don't know of any solvent that will dissolve the oil but not damage the circuit components.
