HP Recommended

Hi,

I have taken over a HP 800 g5 mini, but with a complete mess as far  as the bios an other software is concerned. Result: The pc doesnot start properly.  It is not possible to reach the boot, which seems to be the Windows Manager originally.

Question:  How do I proceed to fill in all details when in the basis of the system ( main etc.)  i.e. the basic to restore the bios.

The pc seems to have HP software to prevent, that problems withe the start occur, but evidently this didnot work
