Hi,

I have been having problems with my laptop not booting following an intteruped installation of Windows 11. Since then it has been stuck in a boot loop. I have tried many things but nothing would fix it. I purchased a HP Recovery Media for my laptop by it is coming  up with a startnet issue when I try to run it.
