HP Notebook - 15-dw0037wm

My HP had gotten a 3f0 error,

I created a boot USB thingy, however now my laptop stays on a blue screen when I try turning it on to use the boot USB thing

I need to recover my files, it's 3 years of personal documents and school work, which I need to turn in soon.

I thought I had an answer but things have gotten worse. Is there a way now to recover my files and save my laptop?

Hi @peachypatrick,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
