Hi @Muthahun,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble with your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Check the Code: Ensure you're entering the correct startup code. If it's a recovery code or password, double-check for any typos or case sensitivity.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the PC.
  • Unplug the power cord and remove any peripherals.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to discharge any remaining power.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the PC.

Boot into Safe Mode:

  • Restart the PC and repeatedly press the F11 key until you see the recovery screen.
  • Select "Troubleshoot," then "Advanced options," and choose "Startup Settings."
  • Click on "Restart" and select "4" or "F4" to boot into Safe Mode.

System Recovery: If you can't access Safe Mode, you may need to use recovery options:

  • Boot into the recovery environment again and select "Troubleshoot."
  • Choose "Reset this PC" if you need to perform a reset. You can select to keep your files if possible.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
