Hp pavilion x360 cd0998nl convertable
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have unreachable error in my new laptop `Hp pavilion x360 cd0998nl convertable`, windows 10 pro original edition. When i start windows, laptop  totally  does not show fingerprint login confirmation, i press enter -background picture turns to be blur, password section does not come up.

I checked troubleshooting, recovery, startup repair (shows there is error with srt.txt file)... non of them works. I tried to format disk partitions, it is impossible to change or delete them. When i use CMD to do operations `show media is write protected`. In one word, i can`t do anything to format or repair system.

If someone has solution or tips, please help me.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
