Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G39AV)

I hope someone can help because the frustration is running high! Opened my computer for work today to find a message saying, "Boot device not found. Please install an operating systemon your hard disk Hard Dis (3FO). I ran the system diagnostics and it told he there is no hard drive was installed. It instructed to check power and data cables but those are fine. I even tried swapping the power cable and turning my power strip off and on. I also tried following steps from another post to reset Bios (pressed F9). For some reason this product doesn't seem to offer phone support, chat isn't working and I'm about to lose my mind.

Hello @Sarwas

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) The specification is telling me that you have one of the following drives:

Storage options

  • 256 GB PCIe® Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe™ TLC M.2 Solid-State Drive

  • 512 GB PCIe® Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe™ TLC M.2 Solid-State Drive

  • 1 TB PCIe® Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe™ TLC M.2 Solid-State Drive

(2) If you have valid HP warranty do not disassemble your notebook (or touch any components).

--->>> HP should fix this hardware problem!

(3) If HP warranty is expired ...
